Dr. Swenson grew up in Utah County, he attended Pleasant Grove and Mountain View high schools. After high school he served a mission with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in France and Switzerland. After his mission, Dr. Swenson attended BYU and earned a B.S. degree in Biochemistry. He then moved to Richmond, Virginia to attend VCU dental school. While there he met his wife, Andrea, as she returned from her mission in Colorado. They were married in the Washington, DC temple. Dr. Swenson graduated from Dental school in 2015 with his DDS degree, honors from Quintessence Publications for his research in Oral Cancer, and honors from the American Academy of Periodontology for his work in Periodontics.
Dr. Franco is a veteran of the United States Navy where he served as an officer. He received his degree in Flight Operations from Westminster College, DDS from the University of Utah and completed his residency in Endodontics at Boston University. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the American Dental Association, the Utah Dental Association and Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association. Dr. Franco has a passion for educating others about patient care and the incredibly interesting world of endodontics. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, swimming and learning how to play the piano and electric guitar.
Dr. Shaun Heward was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. He attended Alta High School and completed his undergraduate at University of Utah. During this time he worked as a dental laboratory technician making crowns and bridges. He then moved to Lexington, Kentucky where he completed dental school at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Following dental school, he began medical school at the University of Michigan Medical School. While at the University of Michigan, he also completed his internship in general surgery, residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and was a chief resident in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Heward has extensive surgical training in corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery), tumors/cysts of the jaws, face trauma, dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, cleft lip and palate, face reconstruction and bone grafting.
He is delighted to have moved back to his home state of Utah and working with Platinum Dental Services. He also has a passion for serving others abroad and continues to treat less fortunate patients on mission trips overseas. When Dr. Heward is not at work he enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, biking, shooting, gardening, wood working and cooking.
Brandon H. Williams, DDS, is a retired US Air Force Colonel. He served four years as a General Dentist and an additional 17 years as an Orthodontist in the USAF Dental Corps.
Originally from Alamosa, CO, Dr. Williams graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 and earned his DDS from Case Western Reserve University in 2002. With an ardent passion for orthodontics, he has treated thousands of patients, catalyzing transformative changes in their smiles and bolstering their confidence.
Dr. Williams provides a diverse array of services, ranging from braces, clear aligners, and palatal expansion to orthognathic surgeries.
Beyond the realm of dentistry, he finds joy in spending quality time with his family and embarking on journeys of exploration through travel.
Dr. Porter earned his degrees from the University of Iowa Dental School and A.T. Still University. He specialized in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, and has been providing exceptional care since 2018. Dr. Porter is affiliated with the ADA and AAOMS and is dedicated to delivering pain-free experiences. His goal is to provide excellent dental care that leaves his patients confident in their smiles.
Apart from his professional achievements, Dr. Porter is a devoted family man, married with four children. He enjoys sushi dates with his wife, fishing, movie nights, and snowboarding with his family. He also enjoys reading Brandon Sanderson’s works, specifically the Stormlight Archive, and cheering for the KC Chiefs.
Dr. Porter volunteers with Smiles for Central America and Give Kids a Smile, and has won awards including the Eagle Scout Award and the OKU Award for Dental Excellence.
Dr. Porter combines professional excellence with a commitment to family and community, bringing a holistic approach to dentistry.

*Patients must make/keep regular hygiene appointments to maintain their WFL status and receive additional bleach syringes. A maximum of 2 syringes will be given every 6 months. Custom bleach trays are available for a $99 one-time fee. This offer is available to both new and existing patients.
Special offers for Gift Cards and Teeth Whitening require new patients to complete at least $300 in billable treatment. Offers cannot be combined, are limited to one per patient, and must be used within one year of your first appointment.
If you’re a new patient without insurance, you may qualify for free exams and X-rays.
Please note, additional appointments may be necessary for optimal dental care. We have a cancellation policy in place requiring 48-hours notice for regular appointments and 4 business-days for specialist ones. Non-compliance incurs a $50 fee for standard appointments and $150 for specialty appointments.
